A passenger plane has disappeared from flight radars in the Tomsk region of Siberia, Russian state media reported Friday, citing unnamed aviation sources.
There were at least 13 people on board the Antonov An-28 aircraft, Tass and Interfax reported. Tass reported that four children were on board.
The aircraft "stopped communicating," and an emergency beacon was later recorded in the Bakcharsky district in Tomsk, Interfax's source said.
The plane was flying from the town of Kedrovy in the Tomsk region to the city of Tomsk, Tass reported.
